We are a traditional butchery, so if you would like particular cuts of meat prepared to your exact requirements, please contact me.
Delivery Days are Tuesday to Friday.
Delivery can be made to any address in the country, except the Highlands of Scotland.
Most of our meat is packed in vacuum bags which give approx 10 days fresh shelf life, stored in a refrigerator. Sausages & Burgers only have an approx 5 day shelf life, and so if not going to be eaten straight away, they are better dropped in the freezer.
All items are prepared to order (up to 2 working days) then shipped using chilled packaging on an overnight service delivering Tuesday to Friday as standard. Your order will arrive in an insulated box with frozen gel packs, all of which are re-useable, or recyclable.
